Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka was conceived in Minsk. Sergey Her father (who passed away in 2019), was an ice-hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka is a Belarusian born on May 5, 1998. She has been able to be the winner of 12 WTA singles championships, which includes an Grand Slam in the Australian Open of 2023. Her doubles game is excellent and she has also won Majors in both the US Open (2019) and Australian Open (2021), each of them with Elise Mertens. Then she also won the Sunshine Double in 2019, winning the WTA 1000 at Indian Wells, Miami and the Australian Open alongside Elise Mertens. Just four pairs of women's tennis were able to achieve this feat. In the month of January, 2023, she achieved her highest rank in singles. On 23rd August 2021, she climbed to the second spot in the world rankings. In the same year, she was crowned in Melbourne, and after that moved up to number one on the planet when it comes to doubles. Dmitry Tursunov (a former Russian tennis player) played her as a coach for the duration of the season in 2019 in 2018 and through the close of the season. She also briefly teamed up with Dieter Kindlmann from August to September of 2020. Antonio Dubrov is her coach who has been with her since the beginning of 2020. Her top idols include Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova.
